Tech Founders Summit 2022 (English Version)
The conference that will foster connections among entrepreneurs, investors and key agents of the tech ecosystem to discuss relevant themes focused on innovation. The Tech Founders Summit 2022 is going to gather the greatest minds in technology in Brazil on April 7 and 8. The conference will be hybrid- live and transmitted globally online. The subscription is free and can be done on the directly on the event’s website. The panels will touch base in relevant themes, and are directed to entrepreneurs and executives from startups and traditional companies that are thirsty for innovation and also to investment funds (venture capital, crossover, and public and private equities), and finally for those interested in tech ecosystem in general.

Thiago Dalvi
CEO and founder of Olist, a platform that connects retailers and consumers. He is an Endeavor entrepreneur and, in the last 15 years, has focused on changing the reality of hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs in the Brazil and around the world.
Kai Philipp Schoppen
Founder and CEO of Infracommerce, a full commerce company founded in 2012, which operates from ordering, digital marketing, to logistics. In 2010, he started business activity with Brands Club, which was sold in 2012 to Naspers. The previous experience as CEO of Brands4Friends in Germany brought an important background in topics such as Customer Experience, Technology and Logistics. He graduated at the University of Bayreuth and has a Master's degree in International Management, Business Studies and Corporate Finance.
Sergio Furio
Founder, CEO and Chairman of Creditas since 2012. He is an angel investor in several technology-based companies in Europe and Latin America. He is a graduate in Business Management at ESADE and holds a MBA degree at Cornell University. He is also a board member of other for-profit and non-profit institutions, such as Agendor, Endeavor Brazil and Scale-up Ventures, HBS Alumni Angels of Brazil, Juntos Somos Mais, Sempre Sementes.
He was Vice President of Corporate & Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank in Spain, where he worked for 5 years. From 2005 to 2012, he worked as a consultant for The Boston Consulting Group in New York. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Clicksign from 2014 to 2020.
Philippe Schlumpf
Head of Kinea, Itaú Unibanco's Corporate Venture Capital fund, since 2020. He started working at the Private Equity team in 2017. Before that, he had worked at Advent International, Associação Comercial de São Paulo, and Olimpia Partners. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering at ETH Zürich (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zürich) and holds a MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
Rodrigo Aldrighi
He is one of the Principals at Monashees, a venture capital manager. He started at the company in 2014, as an intern. Today he coordinates and supports investments in consumer companies and marketplaces. He graduated in Business Administration at the University of São Paulo and studied Journalism at PUC-SP.
Laura Constantini
Partner and Founder of Astella Investimentos. She began her career as an equity researcher at Banco Santander in Brazil and USA (New York), and at Banco Garantia, mainly focused on the TMT (Technology, Media and Telecommunications) industry. In 2005, she joined Cicerone Capital, an M&A boutique, as a partner, to work with Edson Rigonatti. From this successful partnership, Astella was born in 2008. Since then, Laura has become a pioneer among women venture capitalists in Latin America. She is currently a board member of Jota, Sled, Cayena and Croct. In 2021 she became a Kauffman Fellow.
Michael Niklas
Partner and one of the founders of Valor Capital Group. He has been involved in the startup ecosystem for the past 15 years as an entrepreneur, executive and investor. He has launched two startups: The Gryphon Group and Thirst. He has also acted as an angel investor and venture capitalist in Latin America. Before joining Grupo Valor Capital, he was CEO of Ideiasnet SA, a venture capital group based in Rio de Janeiro. He graduated in International Studies and Economics at American University and was a Fulbright Fellow at the University of Coimbra in Portugal.
Alex Szapiro
Head of Brazil´s Managing Partner and Operation Leader at SoftBank Group. He was Country Manager at Amazon Brazil, where he launched retail and marketplace businesses, as well as Kindle, Alexa and Amazon Prime. He also worked as Country Manager at Apple Brazil. He was responsible for the launch of Palm Computing in Brazil in 2002, where he held the positions of Country Manager Brazil and VP of Sales and Marketing for Latin America. He worked on the launching of Submarino and Officenet in Brazil and held several management positions at Motorola. He began his career in the financial market, at Citibank. He is a graduate in Marketing and Advertising at FAAP, as well as an Endeavor mentor, a member of the YPO Organization and a board member of the Institute.
Robson Harada
Head of Growth Marketing at Itaú Unibanco, Robson is responsible for Media, Martech and Analytics. He is a specialist in digital transformation and innovation in complex organizations and digital native companies. Also leading initiatives related to games/e-sports and metaverse, driving narratives, positioning and orchestrating opportunities to meet Web3.0. He has also worked in technology companies such as Facebook, Uber and Google developing business in Latin America. Robson holds a graduate degree in Marketing and Information Technology.
Fabien Mendez
CEO and co-founder of Loggi, a delivery platform that connects customers to couriers. As a French “with a Brazilian soul”, he has already worked in the financial market with mergers and acquisitions. He holds a master's degree in Finance at Sciences Po, in France, and at Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV-SP).
Gabriela Denadai
Client Strategy Superintendent at Itaú BBA, responsible for supporting companies in their interaction with the bank in different demands, such as mergers and acquisitions operations, IPOs, structured capital market operations and partnerships with different product areas. She has been working at Itaú for 16 years. She is a graduate in Business Administration and holds a master's degree in Finance at the University of São Paulo (USP).
João Del Valle
Co-founder and CEO of EBANX. With more than 20 years of experience in technology companies, he started as CTO and then moved on to lead the global operation of the company. Before co-founding EBANX, he led technical teams specializing in telecommunications and finance, and was also the lead engineer on the team that has built the national accounting and finance system in Mozambique, where he lived for three years. He holds a Master degree in Software Engineering at the École des Mines, in France, besides a degree in Computer Science at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, in Brazil, and a MBA at Getúlio Vargas Foundation, in addition to having attended executive programs at Stanford and Harvard.
Luis Silva
Founder, president and CEO of CloudWalk, a payment fintech that is being supported by global investors such as Coatue, DST, A*, The Hive, Valor Capital, FIS WorldPay, among others, and has raised over $350 million in capital to date.
Pablo de Mello
Partner and CCO of CloudWalk. Graduate in Computer Engineering at UEMG and Master in Management and Economics at IAE Paris - Sorbonne University. He has experience ranging from distributed systems development to international business development.
